30 foot heavy galvanized steel fire lookout tower with 14 x 14 metal cab, steep metal roof with metal chimney. Tower was removed from Big Stamp Mountain near Andrews, North Carolina and is presently located, disassembled, near Brevard, North Carolina. All glass has to be replaced, as well as wood stair treads, and possibly other wood parts. All hardware is saved (every single nut and bolt came loose easily). Also have the blueprints for this tower, and as each piece is numbered and lettered, reassembly should be a relatively simple puzzle. The tower dates from the 1930's when it was erected by the CCC.
Asking $5000 for the tower. I will load on your trailer. Email at deepwoods@citcom.net. Or write KELLS HOGAN, 848 Deep Woods Road, Brevard, NC 28712. Or call evenings at 828-885-2268.
